Job summary

CorePower Yoga seeks a Studio Coordinator to support a world-class studio experience, coordinating operations and maintaining top health and safety standards. You will work with the Studio Manager to drive membership growth, retail, and community outreach while learning the business and developing the required skillset to operate a studio.

You will handle front-desk guidance, program enrollments, inventory, and SET support, with the flexibility to teach up to 6 classes weekly if certified.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Values.
• Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism and exceptional interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience in Customer Service required.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred.
• Familiar and comfortable in studio systems such as the HRIS, intranet, point of sale systems, company scheduling and payroll systems, etc.
• Ability to build relationships with individuals with diverse personalities and styles and at different levels of seniority.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize while working under multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• College (BA/BS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador of the CorePower Yoga Core Values at all times and consistently inspire these values in others.
• Support the Studio Manager in achieving company and studio level goals, including membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, teacher and SET recruitment, and programming enrollment.
• Commit to flexible schedule of 18-29 hours per week in studio in support of operations coordination and teaching (if certified), include health and safety protocol execution, front desk guidance, and team support.
• Must be flexible with schedule availability within the hourly commitment in service of the studio and team.
• Responsibly run the studio, including by acting as the point of contact for students and staff when Studio Manager is not present, up to 20 hours per week.
• Support maintaining an appropriate level of studio supply inventory so that all provisions and amenities are available for students at all times including cleanliness inventory, locker room amenities, towels, programming materials, etc.
• Engage and know your studio community consistently; greet students by name, serve as an ambassador of yoga both inside and outside of the studio, and spend quality time at the front desk fostering community.
• Support our teachers learning experience of working the POS and other pre/post class duties
