Job summary

CorePower Yoga in Los Angeles is seeking a Studio Coordinator to help deliver a premier studio experience. You will assist in coordinating operations, front desk duties, inventory, and cleanliness while upholding CPY values and supporting the Studio Manager to meet studio goals.

You will engage with the studio community, support the teaching teams, and manage scheduling and POS tasks as needed. Flexibility to teach if certified is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Value
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills required
• Experience in Customer Service required
• Completion of Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred
• Familiar with studio systems such as HRIS, intranet, POS, scheduling and payroll systems
• Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals and teams
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
• Proven self-starter with ability to take on new projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador of CorePower Yoga values at all times
• Support Studio Manager in achieving company and studio goals including membership growth, retail, outreach, and recruitment
• Commit to an 18–29 hour/week schedule in studio and support operations coordination
• Run the studio in the Studio Manager's absence up to 20 hours/week
• Maintain studio supply inventory and cleanliness in all areas
• Greet students by name and foster community and engagement
• Support teaching teams with front desk duties and pre/post class tasks
• Coordinate studio systems (POS, Online Reservation, HRIS, Help Desk) and train team
• Lead orientation and training for Studio Experience Team members
