Job summary

CorePower Yoga is hiring a Studio Coordinator to support world-class studio experiences and coordinate operations. You will work with the Studio Manager to drive membership growth, retail, and programming while maintaining CPY health and safety standards.

Responsibilities include front desk leadership, teaching support if certified, and overseeing studio supplies, cleanliness, and community engagement. Strong communication and customer service are essential, with a 18–29 hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Value.
• Experience in Customer Service required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• College degree preferred (BA/BS).
• Yoga Alliance 200-hour program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ambassador of CorePower Yoga Core Values.
• Support Studio Manager in achieving goals: membership growth, retail sales, and programming enrollment.
• Maintain flexible weekly schedule of 18–29 hours in the studio.
• Run the studio operations in absence of Studio Manager, up to 20 hours/week.
• Keep studio supplies and cleanliness at high CPY standards.
