Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support the world-class studio experience. You will coordinate operations, front desk duties, and team guidance while maintaining CPY’s cleanliness and safety standards.

You will collaborate with the Studio Manager to drive membership growth, retail sales, and community programming, while also supporting the Studio Experience Team and teacher scheduling as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service is required.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred.
• Excellent oral communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support Studio Manager in achieving studio goals, including membership growth, retail sales, and programming enrollment.
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness protocols in the studio.
• Coordinate studio systems (POS, reservations, HRIS, help desk) and communicate changes to staff.
• Teach a minimum of 6 CorePower Yoga classes per week or sub as needed.
• Lead Orientation and training for Studio Experience Team members.
