Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support our high-energy studio experience. You will assist in coordinating studio operations, ensuring health and safety standards, and collaborating with the Studio Manager to meet company and studio goals.

Responsibilities include driving membership growth, managing front desk duties, training the Studio Experience Team, and teaching CPY classes if certified. Strong communication and system proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• CorePower values internalized and demonstrated.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service.
• Yoga Alliance 200-hour certification preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training preferred.
• Familiar with studio systems (HRIS, intranet, POS, scheduling, payroll).
• Ability to build relationships with diverse personalities and seniority levels.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• BA/BS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support studio operations and health/safety standards.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager to achieve studio goals.
• Coordinate membership growth, retail, and community outreach.
• Recruit and schedule Studio Experience Team members.
• Manage training and onboarding of SET staff.
• Lead orientation for new team members and manage shifts.
• Assist with class scheduling and teaching a minimum of 6 CPY classes per week (if certified).
• Ensure cleanliness and inventory across the studio.
• Operate POS, reservation system, and HRIS for student accounts and class sign-ins.
