Job description

About Attersee

Founded in 2021, Attersee is a brand that offers considered essentials designed to elevate the daily ritual of getting dressed. We believe in using the highest-quality materials to make garments that are easy to wear — and made to last.

The brand is growing quickly, and this is a rare opportunity to join a small, ambitious team at a moment of growth.

The Role

Attersee is seeking a VIP Studio Operations Coordinator to lead the operational execution of the Studio while supporting an exceptional, high touch client experience. Acting as the operational partner to the Studio Director, this role oversees logistics, inventory flow, appointment preparation, VIP client coordination, and cross-functional communication to ensure every client interaction is seamless, and every aspect of the Studio operates at the highest level.

This is a hands-on role for someone exceptionally organized, proactive, adaptable and solutions oriented. The ideal candidate brings strong operational and logistical instincts, excellent communication skills and the ability to create structure and consistency within a fast-moving and evolving environment.

The VIP Studio Operations Coordinator will oversee coordination across the Studio, including scheduling, shipment tracking, inventory communication, appointment preparation and follow-up. While operations and logistics are the primary focus of the role, this person will also serve as a key team member within client experience, helping to ensure that the clients feel supported, informed and cared for throughout their interaction with the brand.

Studio Operations & Logistics
  • Own operational consistency and day-to-day execution across the Studio environment
  • Lead coordination across scheduling, shipment tracking, inventory communication, transfers, follow-up, and Studio organization
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, special orders, messenger coordination, inventory movement, and fulfillment communication
  • Help manage timelines, priorities, and execution across the Studio and cross-functional teams
  • Maintain operational systems and processes that support efficiency, organization, accountability, and scalability
  • Partner closely with the Studio Director and leadership team on Studio priorities, planning, and business needs
  • Ensure the Studio environment, operational flow, hospitality, and presentation standards consistently reflect the brand
  • Lead cycle counts, monthly inventory scans and reconciliation
  • Support in-studio events and activations and trunk show prep and planning
VIP Client Experience & Relationship Support
  • Coordinate VIP client appointments, wardrobe requests, alterations, deliveries and follow up
  • Serve as a client-facing presence within the Studio, ensuring communication remains seamless and clients feel supported throughout their experience, especially when the Studio Director is not in.
  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients, stylists, and external partners through thoughtful and detail-oriented support
  • Help facilitate a highly personalized and high-touch client experience that reflects the values and standards of the brand partnering with the Studio Director to execute outreach, appointments, trunk shows and special events.
  • Support broader clientele and sales initiatives through organization, responsiveness, and operational follow-through including maintaining client profiles, preferences, purchase history and gifting opportunities.
Communication & Partnership
  • Serve as a central communication point between the Studio, office, merchandising, fulfillment, and operations teams
  • Ensure smooth coordination around product arrivals, inventory updates, client requests, special orders, and Studio priorities
  • Help strengthen communication flow and connectivity between departments through proactive follow-up and organization
  • Act as an organizational backbone for the Studio, helping reduce pressure on leadership and improve day-to-day consistency
Team & Studio Support
  • Partner closely with the Studio Director to support overall Studio preparation, functionality and business priorities as well as participate in event preparation when needed.
  • Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented, and team-focused environment
  • Lead with professionalism, adaptability, accountability, and strong attention to detail across all areas of the role
What You Bring
  • 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, studio operations, logistics or a related environment
  • Strong operational, organizational, and logistical instincts with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - needs to be a self-starter.
  • Excellent communication skills and a highly detail-oriented approach to work
  • Strong understanding of elevated client service and hospitality standards
  • Experience coordinating inventory, shipments, operational follow-up, and cross-functional communication preferred
  • Naturally proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • Strong sense of ownership and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed
  • Needs to be open to travel and working weekends and nights as required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
  • Experience working within Shopify or a similar CRM, POS, or retail operating system preferred
