Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Tech to support on-set image capture workflows, tethered shooting, and color management, partnering with Photographers, Stylists and Retouching to deliver high-quality assets for Williams-Sonoma Home and Williams-Sonoma.

Based in our Richmond, CA office, this full-time onsite role requires 5+ years in a studio Digital Tech environment, expert knowledge of Capture One, MacOS, Photoshop, and familiarity with DAM systems and Workfront/Airtable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Digital Tech experience in a commercial/studio setting.
• Expert with Capture One; formal training in digital camera systems a plus.
• Expert with MacOS and Adobe Photoshop; proficient with Bridge and InDesign.
• Strong communication across diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with photo studio tools, lighting, and color management.
• Experience with Workfront, Airtable, Capture Fox and DAM systems is a plus.
• Experience with generative AI is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Onsite work in the Richmond, CA office.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-set image capture workflows, including tethered shooting and file management.
• Serve as the technical expert for photo capture systems and train freelance Digital Techs.
• Collaborate with Photographer and Art Director to align images with creative direction.
• Perform initial retouching and color/lighting adjustments; comping may occur during shoots.
• Liaise between Photo, Retouching and Asset Production teams on schedules and status.
• Partner with Director, Asset Production to ensure color accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in-house Retouching team with color correction as workload allows.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and emerging technologies.
