Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Digital Retoucher for our Richmond, CA photo studio. You will perform high-quality retouching, color corrections, and compositing on product and lifestyle imagery for e-commerce and marketing campaigns.

You will collaborate with the Senior Retoucher and creative team to maintain brand standards, while managing multiple shots and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Onsite role with responsibilities including metadata tagging and asset release to production

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and familiarity with CC apps.
• Experience with metadata tagging and asset release workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality retouching and color corrections on product and lifestyle imagery.
• Assist with compositing tasks including background cleanup and environment enhancements.
• Maintain color consistency across product collections and shoots across locations.
• Remove imperfections while maintaining a natural, elevated aesthetic.
• Implement creative direction markups and revisions through rounds until final approval.
• Collaborate with senior retouchers, creative directors, and asset production teams to ensure standards.
• Coordinate with Creative team leaders to select images and release to production.
• Add and ensure accurate product metadata is assigned to imagery.
• Maintain organized files and adherence to naming conventions and color space standards.
• Manage assigned retouching tasks efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
