Job summary
Gap Inc. is seeking an on-set Digital Technician to support high-volume photo and video shoots. You will manage capture workflows, organize assets, ensure color accuracy, and perform on-set quality assurance to maintain studio standards.
You will collaborate with photographers, stylists, production, creative, and post teams to capture, process, and deliver assets that meet delivery standards, color pipelines, and naming conventions across campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume photo studio environment.
- Strong on-set color management and monitor calibration practices.
- Advanced working knowledge of Capture One and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Technical troubleshooting skills for on-set workflows.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with photographers and production teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute on-set capture workflows for photography and video assets.
- Collect, edit, name, and process on-set imagery according to studio standards.
- Collaborate with photographers and stylists to support color accuracy and consistency.
- Perform on-set quality assurance, including color management and monitor calibration.
- Capture and edit video assets on set as required.
- Set up and manage capture stations, monitors, computers, cameras, and peripherals daily.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on set in real time to maintain production flow.
- Assist photographers with equipment setup and breakdown as needed.
- Support production, creative, and marketing teams during shoots.
