Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. seeks a Senior Digital Tech to partner with photographers, stylists and the Art Director to realize the creative vision. You will manage on-set image capture workflows, tethered shooting, and precise file handling to deliver high‑quality assets for all marketing channels.

This is a full‑time onsite role in the Richmond office. You will train visiting Digital Techs, maintain color accuracy and consistency, assist in retouching tasks, and stay ahead of evolving imaging tech

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Digital Tech in commercial or studio settings.
Expert with Capture One; familiarity with digital camera systems.
Proficient in MacOS, Adobe Photoshop, Bridge and InDesign.
Experience with workflow and asset management tools (Workfront, Airtable, DAM).
Experience with generative AI is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Manage on-set image capture workflows, including tethered shooting and file delivery.
Collaborate with the Photographer and Art Director to align with creative direction.
Perform initial retouching such as plate merging and color adjustments; comping.
Coordinate between Photo, Retouching and Asset Production on schedules and status.
Assist in-house Retouching with product/editorial color correction as needed.
Stay current with industry standards and emerging tech.
Transport gear and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
