Job summary

Havenly in Baltimore Studio is seeking a design-driven Design Expert to deliver a high-end, personalized customer experience while driving sales growth at our Baltimore Studio. You’ll consult clients in-store and virtually on furniture selections and design choices, and own the full sales process from inquiry to purchase execution.

Master product offerings and design services, create mood boards and room designs using 2D/3D tools, and follow up post-purchase to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales experience, preferably in furniture or interior design.
• Interior design/home furnishings experience; able to create mood boards and floor plans.
• Customer-centric, team-oriented, and goal-driven in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by delivering exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Consult clients in-store and virtually on furniture selections and design choices.
• Own the full sales process from inquiry to purchase execution.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve the customer experience.
• Master product offerings and design services to guide purchases.
• Create design mood boards and ensure proper fit and sizing of items.
• Follow up with clients post-purchase to encourage repeat business.
