Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Coordinator in Pasadena to support studio operations, maintain health standards, and assist with membership growth and programming enrollment. The role involves customer-facing desk duties, inventory, and coordination with the Studio Manager and SET teams.

Responsibilities include teaching if certified, scheduling, HRIS usage, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the studio. Availability includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environment.
• Completion of Yoga Alliance Certified 200‑hour program preferred; Yoga Sculpt training preferred.
• Comfort with studio systems (HRIS, intranet, POS, scheduling, payroll).
• Ability to build relationships across diverse personalities and levels.
• Thrives in fast-paced settings with multiple deadlines.
• Self-starter with initiative and enthusiasm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Studio Manager in membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, teacher and SET recruitment, and programming enrollment.
• Coordinate operations, front-desk guidance, and team support; maintain cleanliness and supplies.
• Directly handle health and safety protocol execution and daily studio standards.
• Assist with subbing applications, HRIS usage, and help-desk ticket submissions.
• Teach a minimum of six CorePower Yoga classes per week (if certified) or sub as needed.
• Serve as liaison between Studio Manager, teaching and SET teams to coordinate studio systems.
