Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support an exceptional studio experience and uphold health and safety standards. You will coordinate operations, assist the Studio Manager, and engage with the studio community to deliver a high-quality student experience.

In this role, you will manage front desk activities, support memberships and programming, and help train and supervise the Studio Experience Team while maintaining adaptability across morning, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication skills and professionalism are required.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred.
• College (BA/BS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ambassador of CorePower Yoga core values.
• Support Studio Manager in achieving goals: memberships, retail, outreach, recruitment, programming.
• Maintain 18–29 hours per week in studio for operations coordination and teaching (if certified).
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and studio standards.
• Train and supervise Studio Experience Team members and support interview/hiring processes.
• Assist with studio systems: POS, reservations, HRIS, help desk.
