Paige Studio is a growing Dallas-based boutique residential interior design firm specializing in thoughtful, character-filled homes. We pair the precision of architectural planning with the artistry of interior design to create highly considered residential spaces.
THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized part-time Studio Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing studio. This person will work in our east-Dallas office and help keep the administrative and logistical side of the business running smoothly.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys creating order, closing open loops, communicating with vendors and partners, and making sure the details behind a creative business are handled accurately and on time.
IMPORTANT: This is an administrative and studio operations role, not a design position. It does not include interior design responsibilities and is not intended to serve as a pathway into a design role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the studio’s general inbox, phone line, and incoming communication, responding to routine inquiries and routing items that require the Principal Designer or design team.
- Support day-to-day client communication and scheduling, coordinating meetings, consultations, presentations, site visits, installations, and other project-related appointments while ensuring administrative questions and open items receive timely follow-up.
- Serve as an administrative point of contact for clients throughout their projects, helping create an organized, responsive, and polished client experience.
- Communicate with vendors, trades, showrooms, warehouse partners, and other outside partners regarding scheduling, logistics, paperwork, order status, and routine administrative matters.
- Support project administration, including preparing billing for billable project activity and monitoring client shipments, receiving information, and procurement records.
- Help keep the studio organized and running smoothly day-to-day, including supplies, mail, deliveries, office maintenance requests, shared spaces, and other general office needs.
- Help document, improve, and maintain administrative systems and studio processes as Paige Studio continues to grow.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous professional experience in office coordination, administrative operations, client service, project coordination, hospitality, or a related role.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently follow through on open items.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach to clients, vendors, and partners.
- Proactive and comfortable taking initiative, problem-solving independently, and working collaboratively within a small team.
- Comfortable with common digital tools, calendars, spreadsheets, and email, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to work in person from our Dallas studio during scheduled working hours.
