Musicologie Seattle is seeking a motivated Community Manager to lead our Renton studio and nurture a vibrant student and teacher community. You’ll drive enrollment, host events, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere during peak hours.

You will hire and support teachers, supervise daily operations, and help implement our studio system with a tech-forward approach. Join a growth-minded team passionate about music education.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a front-facing team in a service or education setting.
• Proven ability to manage events, enrollment, and community outreach.
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site lead, creating a welcoming experience for students, parents, and teachers.
• Oversee enrollment inquiries, guide families through the process, and promote studio growth.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and coaching of teachers, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Manage daily studio operations, supplies, and payments to ensure smooth running.
