WeightWatchers is seeking passionate Field Team Coaches and Guides to engage members, recruit new participants, and promote wellness through our behavior-change curriculum. The role offers flexible, part-time hours and opportunities to travel to workshop locations within the territory.

You will deliver workshops, build community partnerships, and support members with tools and guidance to sustain healthy habits. A strong emphasis on coaching and member-centric service is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating group sessions or workshops.

Responsibilities
