Job summary

SLT in Short Hills, NJ is seeking a Part Time/Non-Exempt Client Services associate to greet clients, present pricing and class information, and deliver Megaformer demos while guiding new clients through studio tours. You will support instructors, maintain Mariana Tek knowledge, and assist with daily studio operations and openings/closings, while upholding cleanliness and superior guest service.

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Present pricing and class information to prospective clients.
• Give Megaformer demos to new clients and conduct studio tours.
• Support instructors to ensure smooth class check-in and experience.
• Maintain knowledge of Mariana Tek system and basic Megaformer care.
• Assist with daily operations, opening/closing checks, and studio upkeep.
