Job summary

SLT is seeking a friendly Client Services Team member for our Rye Brook, NY studio. You will greet clients, provide excellent hospitality, share class details, and deliver Megaformer demos to new clients to ensure a welcoming first experience.

You will also assist instructors, support studio operations, and maintain Mariana Tek proficiency while keeping the space organized. This is a part-time, non-exempt role with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Mariana Tek software experience a plus.
• Leadership experience a plus.
• Superior customer service skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation.
• Highly organized and able to work independently or in a team.
• Clear communication with team, clients and management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients in a positive and friendly manner.
• Provide top-tier client service and hospitality to all clients and prospects.
• Share pricing and class information with prospective clients.
• Deliver Megaformer demos to new clients.
• Complete studio tours with new clients.
• Support SLT instructors to ensure smooth check-in and class experience.
• Maintain knowledge of Mariana Tek system.
• Assist management with day-to-day studio operations.
• Respond promptly to studio emails; inform Studio Manager as needed.
• Understand SLT product knowledge, policies and procedures for retail.
• Assist with basic Megaformer machine maintenance.
• Keep studio clean and organized between classes for optimal SLT experience.
• Assist with end-of-month retail inventory.
• Complete opening and/or closing checklists.
• Perform other studio duties as needed.
