Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Staff Producer for Studio Central, a global Studio within its Product Design organization. You will design, document, and scale how brand and design expression are requested, scoped, and delivered across DoorDash, Deliveroo, Wolt, and 7Rooms, partnering with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency and quality.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in creative production, design program management, or design operations with hands-on producing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Studio Central operating model, defining how brand and design expression work gets requested, scoped, prioritized, and delivered across platforms.
• Stand up design operations for a new vertical or business line from zero, documenting and evolving processes.
• Produce high-visibility design expression work end to end—briefs, timelines, resourcing, reviews, and handoff.
• Art direct work, providing creative direction and maintaining visual quality from concept to handoff.
• Build governance and alignment across Brand, Product Design, Marketing, and Localization.
• Own vendor and agency partnerships from selection to performance management.
