Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Staff Producer for Studio Central, a global team within Studio that supports DoorDash, Deliveroo, Wolt, and 7Rooms. You will define the operating model, document standards, and guide a distributed design organization from brief to handoff across in-house teams, agencies, and partners.

You’ll own governance, drive alignment with Brand, Product Design, Marketing, and Engineering, and establish playbooks and tooling to scale design expression while integrating AI responsibly.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in creative production, design program management, or design operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Studio Central operating model: how brand work is requested, scoped, prioritized, and delivered across multiple brands.
• Produce end-to-end design expression work: briefs, timelines, resourcing, reviews, and asset handoff.
• Art direct work with creative direction from briefs to handoff, balancing quality with timelines.
• Build governance for design expression, contribution models, and decision rights.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Localization.
• Manage vendor and agency partnerships from onboarding to performance management.
• Create and maintain playbooks, guidelines, and templates as the source of truth.
• Define tooling and workflow strategy for creative production and asset management.
• Drive AI fluency across the studio and integrate AI responsibly into workflows.
• Measure adoption, throughput, and quality to demonstrate impact and efficiency.
