Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a senior leader for Studio Central within Studio, our Product Design organization. You will own how brand and design expression are requested, scoped, and delivered across DoorDash and partner brands, standing up new operating models for a growing vertical.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in creative production, design program management, or design operations.
• Experience producing brand and product design end-to-end with briefs, budgets, timelines, and reviews.
• Ability to art direct and maintain high visual quality across projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the Studio Central operating model including how requests are scoped, prioritized, and delivered across multiple brands and regions.
• Build governance, review rituals, decision rights, and escalation paths for brand and product work.
• Define tooling and workflows for creative production; maintain assets, playbooks, and templates.
