Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Staff Producer for Studio Central within Studio, our Product Design organization. You will own the operating model, define how brand and design expression are requested, scoped, and delivered across multiple brands and surfaces, and partner with Marketing, Product Design, and Engineering.

You will lead from zero-based setup, write briefs, build timelines, assemble teams, and shepherd assets through handoff, ensuring high creative quality and process efficiency across

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in creative production, design program management, or design operations.
• Experience defining operating models and scaling initiatives from concept to adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the Studio Central operating model for brand and design expression across DoorDash, Deliveroo, Wolt, and 7Rooms.
• Build structure and documentation for design standards, briefs, timelines, and handoff across in-house and partner teams.
• Produce end-to-end design-expression work, with governance and resource planning.
