You will shape projects from concept to execution, ship high‑fidelity designs, and mentor designers while collaborating with adjacent teams to drive measurable business outcomes across hospitality tech and marketplace platforms.

Qualifications

• Track record of shipping work that drives measurable outcomes at scale across multiple teams.
• Body of work demonstrating craft excellence, systems thinking, and leadership through influence.
• Shaped team-level priorities, built tools or systems used by multiple designers.

Responsibilities

• Define projects with a clear point of view on what to build and why.
• Bring clarity to ambiguous problems and drive prioritization across teams.
• Shape projects from concept through execution with high-fidelity designs.
• Design solutions spanning multiple workflows and contribute to shared tooling.
• Build trusted relationships to influence roadmaps with evidence and prototypes.
