Job summary

DoorDash’s Design Studio seeks a Design Program Manager to own the Logistics pillar within Design Operations. You’ll diagnose time sinks, design systems, and ship tools that fix fragmented workflows, automations, or scheduling processes. You own the full loop: diagnose, design, build, measure, and iterate.

You’ll lead scheduling, budgets, vendor management, and event logistics, partnering with other DPMs as the scope grows. A builder mindset and no-code/AI chops are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations or program management.
• Built tools, workflows, or automations reducing manual work.
• PM instincts applied to operations.
• Ability to own an outcome independently at L4/L5 scope.
• Comfort with AI and no-code tooling.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the Logistics outcome and maximize team bandwidth.
• Identify major sources of operational drag and roadmap fixes.
• Define and build tools, automations, and workflows.
• Redesign Studio operations: reviews, cadences, information flows.
• Measure success and iterate based on adoption and impact.
• Turn recurring requests into scalable solutions.
• Own scheduling, budgets, vendor, and logistics programs.
• Partner with other DPMs on the Logistics pod.
