Qualifications

• 4–7 years in entertainment, studio, brand, partnership, integrated, or campaign marketing.
• Experience managing complex campaigns from planning through execution with minimal oversight.
• Confident communicator who can engage senior stakeholders, studio partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, makes sound decisions independently, and maintains momentum when priorities shift.
• Passion for movies and theatrical entertainment; industry experience preferred.

As a key member of the Studio Marketing team, you will transform theatrical marketing strategies into exciting, coordinated campaigns across Regal's channels. You'll independently lead a portfolio of film releases while collaborating closely with the Senior Studio Marketing Lead on some of Regal's most high-profile and strategic campaigns.

This is more than a project management role. We're looking for a confident, results-driven marketer who can own campaigns from concept to execution, build strong relationships with studio partners, and keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable. You'll serve as a trusted representative of Regal, helping drive successful campaigns while strengthening partnerships across the entertainment industry. For candidates based in Los Angeles, this role also offers unique opportunities to engage directly with studio partners through screenings, premieres, activations, and industry events.

What will you be doing?

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $91,000 - $113,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications.
