Job summary

Regal Cinemas, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Downingtown, PA to lead daily theatre operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise staff, schedule shifts, ensure safety compliance, and support the GM with hiring and performance management.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

• At least 3 months of supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with completion of training.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily theatre operations, ensuring strong staff performance, smooth execution, and an exceptional guest experience.
• Performing all staff positions required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and all certification requirements.
• Train, coach, and supervise team members while supporting hiring, scheduling, and performance management with GM oversight.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction by resolving concerns quickly and professionally and supporting promotions and theatre presentation.
• Oversee financial and operational tasks including cash handling, reporting, inventory, cost control, and profitability support.
• Manage theatre operations and facilities, including maintenance, cleanliness, projection and audio-visual systems, and overall building standards.
• Marketing and promotions of feature film engagements; scheduling of movie show times and the timely delivery of show times to all proper channels.

Help lead the theatre and create exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

About you

• At least 3 months of supervisory experience, OR
• 6 months theatre experience with completion of , OR
