Regal Cinemas is seeking a Studio Marketing Coordinator in Knoxville to support the marketing team across more than 150 theatrical releases annually. You will help manage timelines, assets, and reporting, ensuring campaigns move smoothly from planning through execution and launch readiness.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in marketing or project coordination, excellent organization, and strong communication.

What is the job?
The Studio Marketing Coordinator is the organizational powerhouse behind Regal's Studio Marketing team, helping support more than 150 theatrical releases each year. In this role, you'll work closely with the Senior Studio Marketing Lead and Studio Campaign Manager to keep campaigns organized, on track, and launch-ready. From managing timelines and assets to tracking deliverables and supporting reporting, you'll play a key role in ensuring marketing campaigns move smoothly from planning through execution.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is passionate about movies and interested in building a career in entertainment marketing. You don't need extensive industry experience, but you do need strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. If you thrive on managing multiple priorities, enjoy creating order from complexity, and are eager to learn from experienced marketers, this could be the role for you.

What will you be doing?

• You will support the Studio Marketing team across Regal's portfolio of 150+ annual theatrical releases.
• You will maintain campaign timelines, trackers, Monday.com boards, project documentation, and marketing deliverables.
• You will collect, organize, and distribute studio assets while helping ensure campaign information remains accurate and up to date.
• You will prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, track action items, and support cross-functional follow-up efforts.
• You will assist with campaign launch readiness, performance reporting, presentations, recaps, and process improvements that help campaigns run more efficiently.

About you

• You will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, with 1-2 years of marketing, communications, entertainment, project coordination, internship, or related experience preferred.
• You will be exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and details simultaneously.
• You will communicate clearly and professionally while proactively following through on tasks and commitments.
• You will be proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning project management platforms such as Monday.com.
• You will be passionate about movies, entertainment, pop culture, and the theatrical experience.
