Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Scottsdale to welcome guests, answer questions, and schedule test drives. You will capture leads in Salesforce, assess customer needs, and guide them toward the next steps in their journey while representing the Lucid brand.

Join a dynamic showroom team, build brand knowledge, explain features and pricing, and assist with showroom operations and vehicle readiness on evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• Experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce preferred.
• Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available).
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture high-quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce).
• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing).
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Refer high-potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey.
• Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration.
• Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity).
• Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists.
