Lucid Motors is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador to welcome guests at Lucid Studios and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will manage inquiries, schedule test drives, and capture leads in Salesforce while building knowledge of Lucid products and services.

The role requires 20–25 hours per week, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Candidates should be comfortable in a dynamic retail setting and excited about electric mobility.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment preferred.
• Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture customer leads and interactions in CRM.
• Assess customer needs and budget.
• Recommend suitable Lucid vehicles based on preferences.
• Refer high-potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Assist with studio operations and checklists.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, charged, and ready for test drives.
