Lucid Motors is looking for a part-time Brand Ambassador in Oak Brook, Illinois. As the first point of contact in our Studio, you will deliver an elevated customer experience and assist with daily operations.

Job description

Brand Ambassador – Part Time

Brand Ambassadors are the first point of engagement for guests visiting a Lucid Studio. They play a critical role in delivering an elevated customer experience, creating brand connection, and supporting daily studio operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives
• Capture high‑quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce)
• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing)
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs
• Refer high‑potential leads to Sales Specialists
• Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey
• Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration
• Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity)
• Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists
• Ensure test drive and showcase vehicles are clean, charged, and ready
• Assist with facility needs (refreshments, maintenance requests)
• Support day‑to‑day studio operations as needed

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including extended holiday mall hours, holidays and weekends
• Minimum age 18 years old
• High School diploma or GED required
• Prior experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce highly preferred
• Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available)
• Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time
• Successful completion of a drug test and background check, as condition of employment
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year; drivers under 21 must have held a license for at least three years and complete Lucid Training upon hire
• Ability to obtain appropriate state DMV licensing, where applicable

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $21 per hour. Hourly pay may vary by location.
