Lucid Motors in Atlanta, GA invites an energetic Studio Associate to deliver exceptional, personalized customer interactions in our studio. You will be the first Lucid Ambassador guests meet, welcome them warmly, demonstrate excitement about Lucid products, and guide them through the early journey.

You will assess needs, manage a robust customer pipeline in Salesforce, conduct test drives, highlight product benefits, and collaborate with the team to maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication, empathy and active listening.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Conscientious, responsible and reliable.
• Curiosity and passion about electric vehicles and premium market landscape.
• Flexible availability including extended holiday mall hours, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lucid Ambassador; first point of engagement for guests.
• Welcome guests courteously and sincerely.
• Demonstrate excitement and create intrigue about Lucid products.
• Needs assessment through personalized interactions.
• Pipeline management and updating Salesforce CRM.
• Conduct test drives and articulate key points of interest.
