Qualifications

Master's degree in a specific degree area or a Master’s Degree with 18 graduate credits in related field.
Minimum of one-year full-time teaching experience, or equivalent as an adjunct instructor.

Strong background in computers and technology; excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Teach courses as assigned by the designated supervisor.
Prepare lesson plans aligned with course objectives.
Develop outlines and syllabi for approved courses.
Assist in developing measurable course objectives and plans.
Build professional relationships with students and staff to encourage communication.
Maintain accurate course records and complete required forms.
Be available for student consultation and participate in advising and orientation.
Assist in recruitment of students and evaluation of curriculum and instructional performance.
Represent the college professionally and engage in ongoing professional development.
