Qualifications

Master’s degree in a related field or a Master’s with 18 graduate credits in a related field.
Minimum of one-year full-time teaching experience.
Higher education teaching experience preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may apply.
Strong background in computers and technology and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Teach courses as assigned by designated supervisor.
Prepare appropriate lesson plans for each course aligned with approved objectives.
Develop and submit course outlines and syllabi to supervisor.
Assist with development of measurable course objectives and plans.
Maintain accurate course records and hold office hours.
Assist in advising, orientation and registration activities.
Engage in scholarly and creative activities and program assessment.
Represent the college professionally in the community.
