Qualifications

Master's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of one-year full-time teaching experience; higher education teaching preferred.
Strong background in computers and technology; excellent organizational and office skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to research and analyze data; ability to work independently toward deadlines.
Commitment to student success and ability to engage with diverse learners.

Responsibilities

Teach assigned courses and evaluate student learning; meet course, program and learning outcomes.
Develop and submit course outlines and syllabi aligned with objectives; prepare lesson plans for each course.
Maintain office hours and advise students; assist with advising, orientation and registration activities.
Participate in curriculum development, program assessment, and relevant college committees.
Represent the college professionally in the community and promote a positive image.
Engage in professional development as required for credentialing.
