Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field (with 18 graduate credits in related field where applicable).
• Minimum of one year full-time teaching experience; higher education teaching preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pedagogy, teaching methods, and student assessment.
• Proficiency with basic office software and educational technologies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses and meet course and program outcomes.
• Develop lesson plans, outlines, and syllabi aligned to objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Provide student advising, support, and timely feedback.
• Represent the college professionally in the community and campus.
