Qualifications

• Knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation; clear written and verbal communication.

• Experience in high-volume university administrative settings preferred.
• Experience managing student employee programs preferred.
• Commitment to accurate, professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop student assistants for customer service and professional skills.
• Coordinate daily workforce operations: scheduling, coverage, and staffing based on cycles.
• Monitor performance and service trends to identify training needs and improve the student experience.
• Develop and maintain training materials and knowledge resources for policies and processes.
• Provide guidance on escalated inquiries and coordinate with Registrar units.
