Position Title Student Worker: Infrastructure Services TEC-E
The Infrastructure Services TEC -E will assist the Infrastructure Services team in implementation, maintenance, and support of Butler’s Network, Cyber Security, Server Administration, Identity Management, Physical Security, Voice and Unified Communications. The Infrastructure Services TEC -E is responsible for entering, responding to and resolving Service Desk tickets and performing assigned projects by Infrastructure Services team. This position will have the opportunity to learn and work with industry standard hardware and software applications such as VMware, Aruba, Cisco, and Microsoft.
