Butler County Community College is seeking a Foundation Student Worker for the Welcome Center. The role handles phones, emails, and walk-in visitors, and provides general office support.

The Foundation Student Worker serves as the first point of contact for visitors to the Butler Community College Welcome Center and Foundation. Responsibilities include answering phones and emails, greeting and assisting walk-in visitors, maintaining organized records and filing systems, and supporting daily office operations. The student worker will assist with data entry and Excel spreadsheets, prepare and organize documents, and provide administrative support for Foundation events and activities. Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and basic computer skills are preferred.
Nature of Position Part Time; # hours per week - 10-20
Availability to work afternoons is preferred.
Salary $9.00 p/hr.
