Job summary

Waubonsee Community College invites applications for a Student Worker in the Foundation & Alumni Relations Office. The role provides administrative and event support, helping with documents, mailings, and coordination of campus programs and services.

As a student worker, you will gain exposure to nonprofit fundraising, alumni engagement, and event operations within a higher education setting. Reporting to the Executive Directors, you will support daily office tasks while upholding

Qualifications

• Must be a Waubonsee student enrolled in at least one credit.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Reliable, confidential handling of donor and student information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organization of documents and files (scanning, filing, digitizing).
• Prepare mailings and materials for events and office activities.
• Learn and promote enrollment information, community programs and college services.
• Perform basic office duties (answering phones, mail, copies).
• Maintain inventory of Foundation and Alumni Relations giveaways.
