Position Title: Student Worker - Athletic Academics (Work-Study)

Job Description: The Mount St. Mary’s University Athletics Academic Office is in search of an organized and reliable student assistant to support the needs of the office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Academics for 8 hours a week, with evening and weekend work required.
• Monitor student sign-in and sign-out and supervise students throughout the study hall period.
• Maintain a quiet, safe, and respectful environment.
• Answer basic questions and direct students to the appropriate staff member when needed.
• Report attendance, behavior concerns, or other issues to the designated supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working with students.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary and Hours

Students are paid the current minimum wage for Maryland.

Students will work a total of eight (8) hours per week.
