Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, program management, or related field.
• Two years’ experience building and maintaining partnerships to support student job placement through Work-Based Learning, Apprenticeship, or Workforce Training.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
• Hybrid in-person and remote work hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student work experiences and manage enrollment, documentation, and reporting.
• Advise students on work-based learning options and apprenticeships across disciplines.
• Recruit students and engage employers to expand opportunities.
• Audit records monthly for compliance with state code and college requirements.
• Serve as liaison between faculty coordinators, students, and leadership to resolve issues.
