Wake Technical Community College invites applications for part-time faculty to teach non-degree Workforce Continuing Education courses in Digital Content Producer/Manager pathways. Courses may be delivered on campus, via Teams, at employer sites, or other approved formats.

Selected instructors will plan, deliver, and assess learning, maintain records, and foster an inclusive learning environment while staying current with industry practices and credential requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate or higher degree required, relevant teaching credentials preferred.
• Five years of professional work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Equivalency considered when appropriate; teaching experience and credentials may support candidacy.

Responsibilities

• Prepares course plans and instructional materials aligned with learning objectives and credential requirements.
• Delivers engaging instruction in in-person, live-online, blended, or other approved formats.
• Assesses student learning and provides timely feedback on progress toward outcomes.
• Maintains attendance, grades, rosters and required records by deadlines.
• Creates a safe, inclusive, organized, and professional learning environment.
