Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in program coordination, communications, or student services.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Program Coordination (50%): development and distribution of promotional materials, manage department website and social media, support branding and standardization, manage data and reports, assist with events and meetings, ensure FERPA compliance.
• General Office Support (30%): triage correspondence, organize files, maintain schedules, respond to inquiries, coordinate events, assist with grants/reports, use Word, Excel, Canva, Medicat.
• Counseling Center Front Desk Support (20%): provide backup coverage, welcome visitors, maintain confidentiality, ensure welcoming environment.
