Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology or related field.
• Licensed as a mental health professional in Pennsylvania.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee peer educator program and deliver training.
• Coordinate peer educator schedules and assignments.
• Lead planning, coordination, implementation, and assessment of wellness outreach programs.
• Develop psychoeducation workshops on the dimensions of wellness.
• Provide clinical counseling and psychological services including initial consultations, intakes, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and ongoing consultations.
• Document programs, attendance and participant feedback.
