Job summary

Central Ohio ATD seeks a Program Manager to lead coordination and continuous improvement of Student Wellbeing programs across campus locations. You will manage relationships with campus and community partners, track data, and support accreditation and reporting.

The role emphasizes program design, data analysis, cross-department collaboration, outreach, and staff training. A Master’s in a related field and leadership experience in higher education are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Higher Education or related field.
• Progressive leadership in Higher Education Administration or related areas.
• Valid driver's license or ability to access work sites.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and expand wellbeing programs; cultivate external partnerships.
• Track, evaluate, and manage programming; identify grants and resources.
• Collaborate across College departments and partners to support student success.
• Lead outreach, workshops, and student support initiatives.
• Maintain a respectful, inclusive environment for all members.
