Job summary

Ohio University is seeking a Graduate Assistant, Well-Being in Athens, OH to support planning, delivery and evaluation of wellness initiatives. You will supervise peer coaches and contribute to program development and campus partnerships.

The role requires a currently enrolled graduate student with strong research, writing and communication skills, and a commitment to holistic well-being across the university community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and graduate student status in Ohio University program.
• Strong research, writing and communication skills.
• Experience with health, wellness or program planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and training to peer Well-Being and Bobcat ArtsCare coaches.
• Develop and deliver well-being coaching trainings and coordinate outreach.
• Plan, implement and assess wellness programs and events.
• Maintain regular office hours and participate in supervision meetings.
