Job summary

City Colleges of Chicago is seeking a College Work Study - Student Experience Ambassador to conduct empathy interviews with fellow students and gather feedback on their experiences. This role offers valuable experience while supporting students.

Successful applicants will participate in mandatory training and can work a maximum of 20 hours per week at a competitive rate of $17/hr.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older with work permit consent.
• Enrolled in at least 6 semester hours at City Colleges of Chicago.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts empathy interviews with students.
• Organizes and submits interview notes promptly.
• Provides general office support and customer service.
