Job summary

City Colleges of Chicago seeks College Work Study Student Experience Ambassadors at Daley College to support the student experience. You will conduct empathy interviews, document feedback, and help with surveys and data entry.

Reporting to a supervisor, you will participate in training, handle confidential information, and provide general office support. The role offers on-campus work with competitive hourly wages and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or actively pursuing a GED at City Colleges of Chicago.
• Enrolled at City Colleges of Chicago.
• Active eligibility to work in the United States; 16+ with work permit.
• Strong communication and note-taking skills; confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 or small-group empathy interviews with students.
• Take clear notes during interviews and ensure accuracy.
• Transcribe and organize interview notes using templates.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Attend trainings on interviewing, confidentiality, and documentation.
• Provide general office support and assist with projects and data entry.
• Collaborate to identify themes and insights from interviews.
