Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years toward a bachelor’s in education, liberal arts, psychology, social science, human services, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience providing direct support to student veterans or military-connected students.
• Experience using computers, email, MS Office, data entry, and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides welcoming, student-centered support to military-connected students and real-time front-facing operations.
• Manages appointment-based and drop-in support, documents contacts and assists with next steps.
• Connects students with internal and external resources and navigates programs and processes.
• Supports communication about Veteran Services processes, deadlines, and reminders.
• Maintains records, service logs, and basic reporting data for program activity.
