Job summary

You will be a primary contact for prospective, new, and current students, ensuring a welcoming and responsive experience mirroring DCS values.

The role includes coordinating onboarding, orientation, communications, and learner engagement, plus collaborating with academic advisors to provide coordinated student support and workflow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-3 years of progressively responsible experience in customer service, student support, or program coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch support to prospective, newly admitted, returning, and current students.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, communication, and learner engagement.
• Coordinate front-line student support, inquiries, scheduling, and communications.
• Support events and engagement activities and help with program coordination.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting related to student interactions and engagement.
